In this retreat we will dive into each area and discover what is lacking and where you should be directing your energy and focus to find your most optimal state of being. 

COST:

$4000 for 2 days and 2 nights at local hotel or retreat home.

Includes accommodations and meals and recreational activities.

Daily retreat sessions on the Vetter Farm! 

Yoga or fitness class each morning or evening as options (BYOM - Bring your own Mat)

Schedule

Day 1 

  • Monday Check In at 4pm Cocktails meet and greet

  • Intro Session 

  • 5-6pm - Dinner 

  • 6.30-8pm - Evening session 

  • 8-10pm Fire pit hangouts (Guitar and S’mores)

Day 2 : 

  • 8-9am - Breakfast

  • 9.30-12pm Gregory & Guest Speakers Session

  • 12-1pm - Lunch

  • 1-5pm - Free Time & Activities

    • Sign-Up For a 1:1 session with Gregory.

  • 5-6pm - Dinner 

  • 6.30-8pm - Session with Gregory & guests 

  • 8-10pm - S’mores and fire pit hangs

    • *late night yoga session 

Day 3: 

  • 7-8am - Breakfast

  • 8.30-10am Last session with Greg 

  • 10am - Departure
